The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Anti-coronavirus vaccination campaign begins in Mukalla

The Public Health Ministry’s office in coastal Hadhramout launched on Wednesday a campaign for vaccinating people against coronavirus the region.

The drive, launched from the local Mukalla Hospital for Motherhood and Childhood, started with local health workers and the general public over the age of 60, with chronic health issues or otherwise vulnerable.

The Director of the Department of Healthcare at the ministerial office, Fouad Bamtrif, stated that the viral infections are increasing on a daily basis, and that this first phase of the campaign will be followed by two other phases throughout the districts of coastal Hadhramout.
