The Emergency Committee on Coronavirus in Marib Governorate approved in its meeting today, headed by Deputy Governor, Dr. Abd Rabbo Miftah, a package of additional measures to confront the second wave of the pandemic throughout the governorate's districts.
The committee assigned the Health Ministry branch office to equip the isolation centers in rural hospitals in districts, provide their needs in terms of sterilization tools, testing solutions and means of protection for medical personnel among others.
The committee also assigned the director general of the governorate’s Police Department to designate alternative places for Qat markets away from crowded places, close amusement parks, clubs, swimming pools and wedding halls, and tighten precautionary measures in restaurants and hotels.
