The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Beheibeh, discussed with the representative of the UNICEF in Yemen the technical arrangements for receiving the first batch of coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine, estimated at 360 thousand doses, scheduled to arrive next Wednesday.
In the meeting they held in Aden today, they also discussed the implementation of the virus vaccination campaign, which will, in its first phase, target healthcare personnel.
The meeting reviewed the awareness raising plan and strengthening the performance of isolation centers throughout the governorates and the need to support them with the necessary medical equipment and supplies.
