The spokeswoman of the EU for foreign , political and security Nabilah Massr in a statement " We consider this announcement a constructive step on the peace process track".
She added" The EU encourages all parties to communicate with the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths in order to announce a cease-fire and start an inclusive political process guided by the UN as soon as possible".
