Engineering teams of the National Program for Demining (NPD) and Saudi Demining Program in Yemen "MASM" reported to have destroyed 8500 of landmines and unexploded ordnances (UXO) in Shabwa governorate.
The Director of the NPD Brigadier Ameen al-Auqaili told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) these large amount of anti-personnel and anti-armored vehicles laid down by Houthi militiamen in the two districts of Ataq and Aein in Shabwa governorate.
