Governor of Marib Maj. General Sultan al-Erradah stated that Marib today is fighting in the frontline against a terrorist theocratic insurgent militia proved inconsistent with all humanitarian values, harbors blatant enmity against freedoms and democracy, seeking to bring Yemen back to the middle ages and to make the great Yemeni people a subservient for the Mullah in Tehran.

His statement came as he chaired an extraordinary session of the Security Committee devoted to discuss the security and humanitarian in the governorate in view of the ongoing military and terrorist operations by the terrorist Houthi militia on Marib governorate.

It is important to mention that the governorate of Marib is hosting more than two million Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) who fled their own regions due to the Houthi militia's atrocities and oppression.
