The Houthi militants killed 10 people, wounded 31, kidnapped 200 and detonated a number of houses in an offensive after Al-Haymah people refused to pay illegal taxes decreed by the theocratic militia.

The protesters appealed to the international community to heed their pleas for rescue from the militia which still control their farms and prosecute the unarmed population.
