FM appreciates Kenya's support for Yemen

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Awadh bin Mubark voiced appreciation for the supportive stance of the Republic of Kenya in support of Yemen.

His statement came during a telephone call he made on Wednesday with the Kenyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Raychelle Omamo.

Bin Mubark explored Kenya's political support for Yemen through its impermanent membership currently in the International Security Council.

The Foreign Minister detailed his Kenyan counterpart on the terrorist attack on Aden airport which killed dozens civilians and injured scores more.

The Kenyan Minister reiterated her strong condemnation of the terrorist crime targeted the Yemeni government, affirming her country's full support for the peace efforts in Yemen.
