President al-Alimi: Dealing with Houthis as Authority of Fait Accompli Means Legitimizing Divine Right, Racism, Weapons Outside State
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) stated that any approach to put an end of the war in Yemen will never be successful, unless it deals with the Houthi militias as part of an Iranian cross-border scheme, and not as a local political party, warning that reducing any crisis of this kind to truces and arrangements for a ceasefire will lead to temporary risk management rather than building sustainable peace.

Caretaker government praises progress in implementing Riyadh Agreement

The caretaker government has praised progress in implementing Riyadh Agreement in its security and military supplementary and approaching announcement of the new government from competent politicians.

In its meeting held on Thursday, the government praised also brotherly support from Saudi Arabia for following up mechanism of implementing Riyadh Agreement, confirming that all parties are standing by the political leadership and the Arab Coalition in implementing the agreement, up ending Houthi militia's coup and regaining the state.

Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik pointed out that the new government will be exceptional one and will have specific tasks and needs to be supported by all for realizing the success all Yemeni people are waiting for ending their suffering.

Many ministers talked in the meeting, confirming their support to the new government for carrying out its tasks as demanded, expressing their support to it until regaining the state and defeating Houthi coup.
