In a statement, the Committee said the landmine which the militiamen planted in Alhazm and Khab Al-Shaaf, two provincial districts, “killed three civilians including a woman and injured 17 others among them 12 women.”

“Such human acts go against with all the international covenants and national norms and conventions,” read the statement.
