Vice President of the Republic (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh received a cable of thanks from the Vice President of the Peoples' Republic of China Wang Qishn in response to his congratulatory cable he sent on the 71st Anniversary of the Peoples' Republic of China.

In his cable Mr. Qishan said : Chinese-Yemeni friendship is deeply rooted, the two countries remained in cooperation about essential interests and major concerns.

The Chinese Vice President voiced willingness to exert joint efforts to further boost cooperation relations between the two countries.

Mr. Qishan wished the Vice President well-being and all the best and Yemeni-Chinese friendship development and continuance.
