SJC discusses situations of judiciary institutions

The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) discussed Thursday a number of reports submitted by a number of judiciary bodies regarding promotions of some judges and settling a number of complaints reported by members of judiciary authority and supported by Judiciary Inspection Body regarding repositioning some judges and punishing them.
The council studied a report provided by the minister of justice over performance of the ministry for the year 2019 and problems facing members of the judiciary authority and affecting their performance.
The SJC stressed that the security institution must exert more efforts for protecting members of the of judiciary authority and its locations.
It praised some members, who perform their daily work as demanded for realizing justice to people.
The council took a number of decisions aiming at boosting performance of the judiciary authority.
