President al-Alimi convenes meeting of government, local authorities

The Mayor of Sana’a City has called on the United Nations to pressure the Houthi militia into freeing the rest of hostages the militia holds especially four officials that the UNSC resolution 2216 (2015) on Yemen demanded to be released.

In a meeting with his displaced subordinates in Marib, Abdulghani Jamil appreciated the role of the international organizations involved in facilitating a partial prisoner exchange between the government and the rebel Houthi militia demanding the effort to be continued to release the rest.
