Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation in the Caretaker government Othman Mujalli met on Thursday with the Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Abdurahman al-Fadhli.

Aspects of Yemeni-Saudi environmental and agricultural cooperation were discussed.

The conversations touched upon cooperation about controlling desert locusts through devising a mechanism for coordination between the two countries.

Mujalli cited the difficult situations the Yemeni farmers have been struggling with due to Houthi militia's coup.
