The necessary measures to establish a court and prosecution to handle the cases of human rights violations have been approved.
The decision to endorse the required procedures to establish and the court and the prosecution was taken in a session held in the temporary Aden Thursday brought together the Chief of Supreme Judicial Council Judge Ali Nasser Salim, the General Prosecutor of the Republic Judge Ali al-A'wash and the Chairman of the National Committee tasked with investigating into human rights violations Judge Ahmed al-Mafalahi.
