FM, Belgian Ambassador discuss developments in Yemen

Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadrami met Thursday with the Belgian Ambassador to Yemen Dominica Mynor.
They discussed the latest developments about the situations in Yemen including the UN-led peace efforts, Safer oil tanker and Houthi militia's military escalations on Marib and Aljwaf.
Al-Hadrami detailed the Belgium diplomat on the recent military escalations by Houthi militia against the governorate of Marib and Aljwaf.
He stated that the government won't allow Houthi militia to take the advantage of Hodeida agreement to mobilize its militants and launch war against other regions.
The Foreign Minister touched upon Safer oil tanker's looming environmental disaster due to Houthi militia's intransigence. He called for imposing sanctions by the International Security Council upon Houthi militia's leaders who are responsible for preventing the UN's technical team access to the tanker to unload the oil.
The Belgian Ambassador voiced her country's support for Yemen and the UN envoy's efforts and the UN humanitarian actions.
