The first Article of the decree appoints Dr. Abdulfattah Qasem Nasser al-Shuaibi as President of Dhalea University.

Preliminary meeting held in the temporary capital on Saturday devoted to discuss higher education plans of the academic year 2020-2021.
The Higher Education Minister Dr Hussein BaSalama led the discussions.
The distribution of cultural exchange scholarships provided by friendly countries was key focus of the discussions.
