Former Governor of Aden Ahmad Salim Rabi' handed over Saturday the power to the newly appointed governor of Aden Ahmad Lamlas.
A committee from Local Administration Ministry attended the ceremony of the handover.
Lamlas thanked the former governor for efforts he exerted under current difficult conditions.
For his part, Rabi' called upon citizens to support the new leadership in Aden to help the province out of its difficult conditions.
