Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik has directed concerned authorities to take quick solutions to face potential dangers over continuous flooding of Marib Dam, to double efforts for helping affected people and take care of displaced people.
In a phone call with Governor of Marib General Sultan al-Irada on Sunday, Prime Minister has been acquainted with emergency works of opening roads and safe tracks to affected people from heavy rains at Sirwah District.
Abdulmalik stressed providing quick relief aid and help to affected people across Marib, especially displaced people, in cooperation with organizations working in humanitarian field, praising efforts are being made by local authority for carrying out service and developmental projects and keeping security and stability in the province.
The two parties also discussed latest developments under Houthi militia's continuous military escalation in the province.
