Minister of Defense General Lieutenant Mohammad al-Maqdashi has praised positions of the countries of the Saudi-led Coalition and their brotherly stance beside Yemeni people for regaining security and stability and facing Houthi militia and Iranian aspirations for destabilizing Arab National Security.
On Sunday, al-Maqdashi and Governor of Marib General Sultan al-Irada paid a visit to the command of the Arab Coalition Forces here and were received by Commander of the Arab Coalition Forces General Yousuf al-Shihri.
Al-Maqdashi praised sacrifices made by Arab brothers in joint Arab defense battle, pointing out that the Arab blood shed on Yemeni soil reflects deep-rooted brotherly relations and unity of blood.
He confirmed that Yemeni people and military forces are continuing battle of liberating Sana'a and all Yemeni cities and regions whatever sacrifices are, confirming also that Yemen will deter Houthi agenda and Iranian aspirations in the region.
For his part, al-Irada said Yemeni people will continue to be grateful to their brothers in Saudi Arabia, pointing out that Yemeni-Saudi brotherly relations are ancient relations.
He added that Houthi militia made itself Iranian means and sold itself to Persian aspirations.
