President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has issued resolution no. 35 for 2020 assigning Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik to form a new Cabinet. The sitting government is scheduled to perform its duty as a caretaker government until the new one is formed.
The resolution is effective from the date of its issuance.
