Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Canada Jamal Assallal met on Thursday with Canadian the Assistant Deputy Minister for Europe and Middle East Peter MacDougall.
Aspects of bilateral ties and cooperation between our country and Canada was key focus of the conversations.
Assallal briefed MacDougall on the developments in Yemen, citing the government's efforts to counter coronavirus pandemic.
The Canadian official affirmed his country's support for the Yemeni government and the efforts to make peace.
