Masam Project Clears 2,108 Houthi-Laid Mines in One Week
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center’s Masam Project for clearing mines in Yemen removed 2,108 landmines and explosive remnants of war during the fourth week of January 2026, which had been planted by the Houthi terrorist militias in several governorates.

Ministry of Public Health and Population received on Thursday a team of medical doctors and technicians to help establishing a medical unit for receiving and treating coronavirus infected cases.
The unit is going to be established with 100 capacity, including a an Intensive Care Room.
The team from Aspen Medical came in accordance with a contract with the UNDP.
The medical team consist of two physicians from Britain Dr. Nicolas Macaw and Dr. Marcos from Germany.
