Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Nasser Ba’oom, discussed with King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center officials the possibility of providing the necessary medical assistance to Yemen to help it tackle covid-19 in case any infections emerge in Yemen.
He also discussed with the World Health Organization an executive proposal to secure epidemiological surveillance devices, support laboratories and health quarantines, and prepare and train staff to prevent the spread of the viral epidemic.
Ba’oom appreciated the Saudi support through Ksrelief with various relief and developmental aid to Yemen.
