Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Vice President General Lieutenant (GL) Ali Mohsen Saleh discussed Monday with Minister of Defense GL Mohammad al-Maqdashi, the Chief of Staff GL Sagheer bin Aziz and General Inspector of Military Forces General Adel al-Qumairi military operations in different battlefields.

He praised heroic struggle of the national army in Jawf, Sana'a, Dhale', Marib, Baidha and Taiz for defending Yemeni people against Houthi militia, praising the role of political and social figures as well as Marib dignitaries for supporting the legality.

For their part, the military commanders confirmed that Houthi recent escalation reveals that they got unlimited support from Iran to destabilize Yemen and the region.
