Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Brakani along with parliamentary delegation met Friday with the member of German Bundestag Zaklin Nastic, the representative of German Left and member of Human Rights Committee.
The discussions dealt with the developments of political and humanitarian situations in Yemen.
Al-Brakani breifed Nastic on the violations the Houthi militia has committing including displacing people, detonating houses, arbitrary arrests, issuing execution verdicts against politiciaans, journalists and activists.
The German lawmaker stated that Germany with its different institutions stands with the Yemeni people and the legitimate leadership, supporting the efforts to achieve peace and stability.
The parliamentary delegation includes Deputy Speaker Mohammed Ashadadi, Zaid Ashami, Ali al-Ma'mari and Omer al-Amoodi.
