Minister of Public Health and Population Nasser Ba'om discussed Thursday with the delegation of Doctors without Borders organization or MSF the projects to be implemented by the organization in Taiz, Marib , Shabwa, Aden, Abyan, Hajja, Dhale'a and Hodeida.
Coordination between the ministry and the organization for sending medicines and medical equipment, as well as doctors dispatched to Yemen was also discussed.
He discussed with the organization's operation and humanitarian affairs officials the projects and program's plan to be carry out by the organization in Yemen this year, praising efforts of the organization in implementing health programs in different provinces.
He confirmed government's keenness on providing facilitations to the organization and its missions and field teams for implementing their projects and programs in all provinces.
MSF's delegation praised cooperation and support provided by the ministry of public health and other concerned bodies to implement the organization's humanitarian projects and programs.
The delegation confirmed continuous work of the organization for providing humanitarian support and coordination with the government in different fields.
