Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Salim al-Khanbashi signed on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to carry out the project of the partners in the quality of university education in Yemen.

The MoU inked on Wednesday in the interim capital Aden between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Al-Aown Foundation for Development.

Under the MoU the project will be carried out to help developing the capacities and skills of the Universities and Faculties of Education management and leadership.
