AL-ABR-SABA
The Saudi Project for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen started its first phase to expand and rehabilitate Al-Abr highway, at a length of 132 km.

The first phase of the project includes survey works in addition to design work, while the expansion and rehabilitation project includes the rehabilitation of the road from Al-Mokhtam to Ghurban points at a length of 40 km; from Ghwerban toAl Dhubaibi points at a length of 40 km; and from Dhubaibi to - Al Abr at a lengthy of 52 km .

The Al-Abr highway is a major artery connecting several governorates, linking Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
