The local authorities of Socotra warned Saturday people in the island of venturing into the coasts and floodplains there as Kyarr, a cyclonic storm, has started in the form moderate rainfalls.
The authorities asked the people to cooperate with the Civil Defense teams and report to the Emergencies Room in case of any losses and damages as a result of the adverse weather.
