King Salman Center continues water, sanitation project in Sana'a, Hodeidah

King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aid and Relief is continuing the implementation of a water and environmental sanitation project to preserve the lives of families in Al-Khokha district in Hodeidah governorate.

During the period from 18 to 24 October 2019, as much as 273,000 liters of potable water was pumped to reservoirs, 315,000 liters of household use water was pumped into reservoirs.

Garbage in al-Khokha was collected and dumped into landfills. A spraying campaign against mosquitos was also carried out in the district especially in areas of IDP camps for the benefit of more than 34,614 individuals.
