Ambassador of Republic of Yemen to the Netherlands SaherGhanim met on Thursday with the Speaker of Dutch Senate Professor Jan AnthonieBruijn.

Ghanim detailed Bruijn on the latest developments in Yemen including the government's efforts to reach peaceful political solution to the Yemeni crisis created by Iran-backed Houthi militia coup.

Ghanim stated that the legitimate government has been a keen-seeker for peace that is based on the three terms of reference including GCC's Initiative, its executive mechanism, outcomes of National Dialogue and International Security Council's resolutions in relevance.
