Deputy Governor of JawfSaleh al-Sinteel discussed Monday with the Delegation of Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA) humanitarian situation and providing needs for the people of the province.
Al-Sinteel was briefed by the MRA's delegation on the nature of the visit, which aims at inspecting humanitarian conditions in the province and providing interventions for alleviating suffering of the people here.
The visit aims at inspecting humanitarian situation closely, especially health, water, education and situations of displaced people, said the Secretary General of MRA Shahirza lAzwan, adding that the organization plans to qualify some hospitals and health centers and providing areas suffering water scarcity with alternative energy.
Al-Sinteel confirmed readiness of the local authority for providing facilitations to organizations for implementing humanitarian projects, praising the great role of Malaysia for supporting the province's development and humanitarian condition.
