Yemen's foreign ministry has welcomed the US State Department's recent statements that the rebellion of the Southern Transitional Council serves the strategic threat that the Iran-backed Houthi militia represents.
In a statement of which Saba received a copy, the ministry highly appreciated the US permanent support to the legitimate Yemeni government and to the security and territorial integrity of Yemen.
