President Hadi stresses COCA's role for combating corruption

President Abdrabbo Mansour Hadi has stressed the role of the Central Organization for Control and Audit (COCA) on combating corruption and unearthing corrupt bodies and people for taking necessary action against them.

Receiving the Head of COCA Abu BakrAssaqaf and his deputy Fahmi Mansour on Wednesday, President Hadi stressed following up competence principles for unearthing corruption wherever is.

He confirmed the role of the organization as supreme monitoring authority works under presidency and authorized by the law to combat corruption and unearthing its papers.

He valued efforts exerted by the organization's leadership on boosting monitoring activities, expressing his support to those efforts.

For their part, the Head of COCA and his deputy expressed their pleasure for meeting with president, who always supports them to promote their monitoring and accountability activities to achieve the organization's objectives
