President Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, the Chairman of Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces held phone calls on Thursday with Council members Lieutenant General Abdulrahman al-Muharrami and Lieutenant General Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani to check on their safety and that of government members following a Houthi missile and drone attack on the presidential Maashiq Palace in the interim capital, Aden.

Marib governor, IOM discuss partnership

Governor of Marib Maj. General Sultan al-Arradah discussed Wednesday with International Organization for Migration (IOM) aspects of partnership and cooperation in humanitarian actions.

A delegation from the IOM arrived in Marib on a mission headed by senior coordinator FerassBedeiri.

The delegation briefed the governor on the objectives of their visit that aimed to discuss a package of programs and projects the IOM is intended to carry out in the governorate to help migrants, IDPs and hosting community.

Al-Arradah welcomed the IOM's team and the establishment of its office in Marib, promising every necessary support to help the office doing its job easily and successfully.
