Government team inspects floods damages in Abyan

A government team headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Salim al-Khanbashi paid Saturday a field visit to Abyan governorate aimed to find out about the damages caused by the torrential rainfalls and floods which overwhelmed a number of governorate recently.
The team went on a tour during which they inspected damages that Hassan Dam suffered. The floods swept away large swaths of agricultural lands quite number of cattle and camels.
The governor reported that electricity and water supplies have seriously damages and roads as well.
