The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Fatah calls on International organizations to dispatch rescue teams to help governorates affected by floods

Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of High Relief Committee—Abduraqeeb Fatah al-Aswadi ordered Governors and local authorities officials in the governorates of (Aden, Abyan, Lahj) to immediately pay field visits to the regions which have been affected by the torrential rainfalls and floods, inspect damages and take practical measures to help the affected populations .

He also has given instructions to set-up work teams to offer help and identify damages and report about to the government as soon as possible.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the Minister called on the interested international organizations operate in Yemen to quickly move to rescue the affected people in the governorates of (Aden, Lahj, Abyan) due to the natural disaster of torrential rainfalls and floods.

Fatah also urged Gulf states' relief organizations in Aden to coordinate with the local authorities in the affected regions.
