Yemen's Ambassador here Abdulmalik al-Iryani discussed Friday with Under Secretary of Indian Foreign Minister for Gulf Section Nagendra Prasad recent developments in Yemen and Houthimiltia's practices violating all agreements, recently unilateral withdrawal from Hodeida's ports.
Al-Iryani confirmed that these acts breach Stockholm agreement and UN resolutions, which defined clear mechanisms for withdrawal under sponsorship of the United Nations and the government of Yemen, handing over ground mines' maps and withdrawing Houthi monitors from the ports of Hodeida.
Technical and economic cooperation program between Yemen and India, which provides training courses to Yemeni government's employees was tackled.
The Indian official showed readiness for cooperation and reactivating the program.
