In the cable President Hadi praised Russian supportive stance in supporting legality in Yemen and Yemen's security, stability and unity. He highly appreciated Russia's support for Yemen in different stages, mainly at this critical moment.

The President's cable included President Hadi's, Yemeni government's and peoples' best wishes for President Putin, Russian government and Russian friendly people.
