In cooperation with the Agriculture Ministry, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations held a coordinating meeting with the director generals of the ministry's offices in several provinces to discuss the mechanism of distributing agricultural inputs (seeds and grains) in those provinces.
The meeting which involved 17 director generals from Hadhramout, Lahj, Dhale'a, Abyan and Aljawf addressed emergency support to livelihood projects for vulnerable people reliant on agriculture with support from Saudi Arabia and the UAE through the OCHA
