FM points to Houthi foot-dragging towards Stockholm Agreement

Foreign Minister Khaled Alyemany told Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah that Houthis are deliberately using the foot-dragging approach towards their overdue obligations under the Stockholm Agreement.
In a meeting they held here on Sunday, Alyemany said the rebel militia are refusing to withdraw from the Red Sea port and city of Hodeidah and allow humanitarian aid in in breach of the UN-brokered deal signed last December 13. The two officials discussed the militia's continuous atrocities of killing civilians, besieging cities and destroying the country's infrastructure in different flashpoint provinces.
Alyemany appreciated the Kuwait political and humanitarian support to Yemen including the latest pledge of $250 million in the UN-organized donor conference for Yemen in Geneva.
