Rector of Saba Province University Dr Mohammed Noa'man and Rector of Al-Hassan First University in Morocco Dr Ahmed Najam Addin signed a memorandum of understanding between the two universities.

The Memo aimed to boost academic cooperation between the two universities

The Memorandum signed within the course of current visit of Under-Secretary of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry Dr Mazen al-Jeferi to the Moroccan Kingdom.
