Minister of Finance, Governor of the Central Bank Discuss Comprehensive Reform Implementation with Arab Monetary Fund

Development projects to be carried out in six provinces

Minister of the Local AdministrationAbdul-Raqeeb Fatah discussed on Thursday with Deputy Director of the Regional Office of the United Nations Development Program Hassan Kareem and Program Officer Khaled al-Qubati mechanism of implementing development projects to local societies.

The projects will be implemented in six provinces and 18 districts during the UNDP's 2019 plan.

Minister Fatah, who is also the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee, confirmed speeding up implementation of the projects and programs associated with supporting livelihood and boosting stability.

He also confirmed commencing implementation of the program in provinces of Abyan, Lahj and Hadhramout for meeting basic needs of the people.
