The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

SC's permanent members are concern over delay implementing Hodeida agreement

The Permanent Members in Security Council expressed their concern on Tuesday over failure of implementing Stockholm agreement signed last December in Sweden between the Government of Yemen and Houthi militia.

The member countries expressed also anxious over reluctant of redeployment forces in ports and Hodeida city, exchanging prisoners and detainees and implementing agreement on Taiz.

The ambassadors of the five members to Yemen confirmed in a joint release their support to efforts of the UN Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths and the Head of the UN Mission in Hodeida General Michael Anker Lollesgaard for ensuring quick implementation of the agreed upon preparations in Stockholm for redeployment in Hodeida and its ports.

The release called for securing performance of the UN mission without interferences and urged the parties to implement the agreement without any delay or plots.

The Ambassadors welcomed recent suggestion of the government of Yemen for easing implementation of the agreement on Hodeida.

They also expressed their anxious on deterioration of the humanitarian situation including shelling the Red Sea's Mills rinds and the severe fighting in Hajja Province.

The ambassadors reaffirmed commitment to political solution based on the UN SC's related resolutions, the GCC Initiative and outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference.
