Governors of Lahj, Abyan, al-Dhalea governorates swear-in before President al-Alimi
The newly appointed governors of the governorates of Lahj Murad al-Halimi, of Abyan Dr. Mukhtar al-Rabbash and of al-Dhale Maj. General Ahmed al-Qubba took the constitutional oath today, Saturday, before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad a-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC).

Yemen, Bulgaria discuss cooperation in higher education

The Charge de 'Affairs of the Yemeni embassy in Sofia Abdurazak al-Amrani and the director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry Nicolia Michalov discussed bilateral cooperation between Yemen and Bulgaria in higher education field and the possibility of increasing scholarships offered by Bulgaria to Yemeni students.
They also discussed Bulgaria's participation in the humanitarian response conference concerning Yemen scheduled to be held in Geneva on February 26.
