Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mohammed al-Maqdashi has updated Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik on the progress of the army's operations at all warfronts against the Iran-affiliated militia of Houthis.
In a meeting they held today, the two officials discussed the Defense Ministry's budget for this year, vitalization of all the ministry's departments and maintaining the regularity of payments to military servicemen.
Abdulmalik stressed the imperative of providing military and morale support to the army's units in all fronts and to the local population of Hajoor and Kushar areas in Hajjah who are under Houthi attack.
The militia seized the ceasefire in Hodeidah to launch an assault on the unarmed civilians of these tribal areas for their pro-government attitude.
