President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi awarded Tuesday the families of the victims of MASAM's deminers the Duty Decoration in recombination of their heroic and humanitarian mission.
President Hadi along with Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh, Prime Minister Dr Ma'een Abdulmalik, General Supervisor of KSrelif Center Dr Abdullah Arrabi'ah, Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Al-Jaber, Director of MASAM Osamah al-Qaseibi received the families of the five deminers who were killed in an accidental incident in Marib governorate while they were on duty.
The President expressed heartfelt condolences to the victims' families from Croatia, Bosnia and South Africa. He highly praised their heroic and humanitarian efforts, deeply appreciating their sacrifices and significant contribution to demining Yemen.
Hadi said" " We're receiving you today amid very difficult circumstances, however tough missions can only be done by heroes and brave people who create events and bring about positive transformations to serve the humanity and peoples, whatever catastrophic the events may be they serve to boost friendship and cooperation relationships among the nations" .
