A decree no (188) of 2018 of the President of Republic was issued Monday by appointing Maj. General Smeer Abdullah Al-Sabiri as Commander of Taiz military axis and 145 infantry brigade.
Second article stated that it should take its effects from the date it issued and published in the gazette.
