The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) headed by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, held a joint meeting today, Monday, with the National Defense Council, (NDC) in the presence of all its members: Sultan al-Arada, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem al-Khanbashi.

Al-Hadhramistresses importance of Houthiseriousness with Stockholm Agreement

Yemen's Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadhrami has stressed the importance of seriousness on the part of Houthisas they implement the Stockholm Agreement regarding ceasefire and withdrawal from the Hodeida seaport.

In a meeting with the US deputy ambassador to YemenJuneidMuneer here on Thursday, al-Hadhrami also emphasized the need of US follow-up on the meetings of the agreement implementation panels to ensure the Houthicommitment to what has been agreed upon with the government in Sweden this month.

The Agreement assigns the management of the Yemeni Red Sea ports to the staff of the Public Corporation for Red Seaports who served before the coupist militia's coup d'état in September 21, 2014.

Al-Hadhrami hailed the US government's constant support to the Yemeni government to end the Houthi coup and, by extension, the humanitarian crisis it has triggered.
